Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture customer relationships to ensure implementation and adoption.
- Act as growth advisor to help customers scale their business.
- Analyze customer data and provide insights.
- Develop educational collateral such as live workshops and written guides.
- Collaborate with Product team to translate customer needs into product direction.
