Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management within a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong experience managing complex client relationships
- Proven ability to develop and execute account strategies
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret customer data and usage trends
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and support
- Leadership qualities and mentorship experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with SMB and commercial clients
- Guide customers toward successful adoption and value realization
- Manage account health and track usage to identify churn risks
- Develop and execute strategic plans for retention and expansion
- Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless issue resolution
- Act as an escalation point for critical client concerns
- Communicate customer feedback to influence product roadmaps
- Monitor performance metrics and report to leadership
- Mentor junior team members
