Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong experience managing complex client relationships
  • Proven ability to develop and execute account strategies
  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret customer data and usage trends
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and support
  • Leadership qualities and mentorship experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with SMB and commercial clients
  • Guide customers toward successful adoption and value realization
  • Manage account health and track usage to identify churn risks
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for retention and expansion
  • Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless issue resolution
  • Act as an escalation point for critical client concerns
  • Communicate customer feedback to influence product roadmaps
  • Monitor performance metrics and report to leadership
  • Mentor junior team members
