Responsibilities
- Provide interim support of client portfolios during coverage gaps.
- Ensure responsiveness and engagement with clients.
- Maintain structured communication cadence with team leadership.
- Align with Client Development leadership on coverage prioritization.
- Provide structured transition summaries and handoff documentation.
- Identify recurring coverage gaps or systemic risks.
- Execute established renewal motions and identify risk or growth opportunities.
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure delivery continuity.
- Advance identified and prioritized active opportunities.
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation, forecasting, and pipeline hygiene.
