Responsibilities

  • Provide interim support of client portfolios during coverage gaps.
  • Ensure responsiveness and engagement with clients.
  • Maintain structured communication cadence with team leadership.
  • Align with Client Development leadership on coverage prioritization.
  • Provide structured transition summaries and handoff documentation.
  • Identify recurring coverage gaps or systemic risks.
  • Execute established renewal motions and identify risk or growth opportunities.
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure delivery continuity.
  • Advance identified and prioritized active opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate CRM documentation, forecasting, and pipeline hygiene.
