Responsibilities
- Strengthen relationships with Amphenol high speed group and other business units.
- Engage target OEM customers and system integrators to gather technical requirements.
- Guide R&D and PLM in the development of new solutions.
- Evaluate opportunities in co-packaged optics, novel fiber types, and advanced connector technologies.
- Identify, qualify, and develop commercial opportunities and design proposals.
- Lead marketing initiatives and conference participation.
- Develop strategic alliances and maintain partnerships.
- Lead large, complex, cross-functional projects.
- Perform complex negotiations with internal and external stakeholders.
