Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in life sciences, health data, or analytics-driven SaaS.
- 5+ years in solutions consulting, pre-sales, or strategy & ops roles.
- Undergraduate degree in business, data science, or health-related fields.
- Advanced degree in a quantitative or life sciences field is a plus.
- Strong working knowledge of drug development in oncology.
- Experience with real-world, external control arms or observational research.
- Proven experience as an internal facilitator and connector.
- Experience in a fast-paced and commercially focused environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Commercial leadership to support enterprise biopharma sales.
- Lead technical and scientific discovery and scoping with pharma partners.
- Serve as a key technical voice in customer meetings, RFPs, and scientific discussions.
- Generate proposals and statements of work, assessing timelines, costs, and resourcing.
- Translate customer requirements into internal specifications for product, data science, and engineering.
- Ensure clean, well-documented handoffs between sales and delivery teams.
- Provide market-driven feedback on product gaps and roadmap priorities.
- Build repeatable pre-sales frameworks, playbooks, and templates.
- Contribute to GTM strategy, including use case definition and pricing inputs.
