Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect or similar technical pre-sales role (SaaS or EdTech preferred).
- Proven experience supporting enterprise-level sales processes.
- Strong technical fluency: comfortable discussing APIs, system architecture, data flows, and integration patterns.
- Strong knowledge of educational technology systems, including integration with SIS, LMS, and other district-level platforms.
- Experience working with REST APIs, data pipelines, and cloud-based systems.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and strategic mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple client engagements.
- Passion for education and using technology.
- Low-ego collaborator.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the sales team to understand client needs and translate business requirements into technical solutions that showcase Kira's value.
- Lead the technical discovery process with prospective clients, analyzing their existing systems and designing tailored solutions for integration.
- Support sales presentations and demonstrations by articulating the technical aspects of Kira's platform to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Develop and present high-level architectural designs and detailed technical proposals.
- Serve as a technical advisor throughout the sales cycle.
- Lead technical proof-of-concepts and pilot implementations.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to relay customer feedback.
- Create clear technical documentation, including integration guides, architecture diagrams, and implementation playbooks.
- Drive repeatable processes and best practices for scaling implementations across districts.
