Requirements
- 5+ years in B2B sales managing a vendor or channel ecosystem.
- Proven success in building sales in international markets.
- Deep understanding of EMEA regional dynamics and cultural variances.
- Strong business planning, forecasting, and analytical skills.
- Ability to influence and coach partner teams.
- Proven success in building strong relationships and partnerships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools, Salesforce, and NetSuite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Fluency in English; Spanish and French strongly preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the region (up to 40%).
Responsibilities
- Align with global channel strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-value channel partners.
- Build bespoke plans with focused partners to drive growth.
- Provide accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts.
- Execute partner programs including joint business planning and pipeline reviews.
- Drive partner enablement through training and coaching.
- Foster relationships with distributors and resellers.
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership, marketing, product, and customer success teams.
- Monitor and report on partner performance.
- Represent company at regional partner events and industry conferences.
