Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B sales managing a vendor or channel ecosystem.
  • Proven success in building sales in international markets.
  • Deep understanding of EMEA regional dynamics and cultural variances.
  • Strong business planning, forecasting, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to influence and coach partner teams.
  • Proven success in building strong relationships and partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools, Salesforce, and NetSuite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Fluency in English; Spanish and French strongly preferred.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the region (up to 40%).

Responsibilities

  • Align with global channel strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard high-value channel partners.
  • Build bespoke plans with focused partners to drive growth.
  • Provide accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts.
  • Execute partner programs including joint business planning and pipeline reviews.
  • Drive partner enablement through training and coaching.
  • Foster relationships with distributors and resellers.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership, marketing, product, and customer success teams.
  • Monitor and report on partner performance.
  • Represent company at regional partner events and industry conferences.
