Requirements
- College diploma in a related field
- 3-6 years of experience in technical sales or account management
- Strong understanding of technical sales principles and territory management
- Experience preparing quotes, proposals, and sales documentation
- Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems and sales tracking tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual (English and French)
Responsibilities
- Develop and grow sales within the assigned territory by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts
- Leverage technical product knowledge to recommend appropriate solutions and support customer applications
- Prepare, review, and follow up on quotations and proposals using established sales processes
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve territory revenue and growth targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and site visits
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive activity
- Generating and converting leads into long-term customer relationships through ongoing follow up
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Deliver product presentations and customer visits
