Requirements
- B.Sc. in a field related to clinical research.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO industry.
- Minimum 2 years of experience coordinating activities related to clinical trial management.
- Excellent knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and ICH standards.
- Excellent knowledge of FDA and Canadian clinical research regulations.
- Proven experience managing small to medium projects using a disciplined approach.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and deliver resource-based project plans.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; proficiency in French is considered an asset.
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure to meet timelines.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for sponsors, vendors, and internal teams throughout the study.
- Oversee project coordinators and functional team members to ensure the prioritization of site activation activities.
- Ensure project activities are completed in compliance with the study budget, scope, timelines, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage quality control of assigned deliverables and provide project status updates to stakeholders.
- Analyze discrepancies between planned and actual results and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Review and draft operational plans, including project management and monitoring plans.
- Coordinate site selection, feasibility, regulatory submissions, and patient recruitment monitoring.
- Maintain the project-specific training matrix and ensure team members are fully trained.
