Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience in social care, community management, CX support, or digital customer service.
  • Strong verbal and writing skills.
  • Comfortable handling customer issues such as billing and subscription management.
  • Calm under pressure in high-visibility environments.
  • Fluent in English (written and oral).
  • Near native fluency in Portuguese and Spanish.
  • Access to a personal PC/Laptop with working webcam.
  • Stable home internet connection.
  • Ability to work an 8-hour shift on a rotating schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to public comments with appropriate brand tone.
  • Manage DMs and private support conversations.
  • Use CRM to review history and track cases.
  • Provide support for account, login, billing, and subscription issues.
  • Perform technical triage and escalate high-risk cases.
  • Use AI-assisted tools to draft and send accurate, empathetic messages.
