Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in social care, community management, CX support, or digital customer service.
- Strong verbal and writing skills.
- Comfortable handling customer issues such as billing and subscription management.
- Calm under pressure in high-visibility environments.
- Fluent in English (written and oral).
- Near native fluency in Portuguese and Spanish.
- Access to a personal PC/Laptop with working webcam.
- Stable home internet connection.
- Ability to work an 8-hour shift on a rotating schedule.
Responsibilities
- Respond to public comments with appropriate brand tone.
- Manage DMs and private support conversations.
- Use CRM to review history and track cases.
- Provide support for account, login, billing, and subscription issues.
- Perform technical triage and escalate high-risk cases.
- Use AI-assisted tools to draft and send accurate, empathetic messages.
