Responsibilities
- Respond to public comments with strong judgment and brand tone
- Manage direct messages and private support conversations end-to-end
- Use a CRM to review history, track cases, and document outcomes
- Support customers with account/login, billing, and subscription issues
- Provide technical triage and escalation for product issues
- Use AI-assisted tools for faster response times while maintaining accuracy
- Follow escalation paths for sensitive or high-risk topics
