Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
- At least four years of relevant professional experience in contract management and client management within the health insurance industry.
- Experience in the self-funded health insurance space, with familiarity of brokerages, TPA, and stoploss.
- Experience with Zoho or similar CRM systems.
- Ability and willingness to travel multiple times a year.
- Ability to attend and professionally engage in video meetings.
- Reliable power and secured internet that runs at 11 mbps or more.
- A designated, private area to conduct work.
- Strong technological skills including Microsoft products.
Responsibilities
- Take accountability for new-client implementation for all assigned accounts.
- Collaborate with clients to ensure clinical teams receive necessary information.
- Ensure client information is entered and updated in relevant systems.
- Distribute regular program reporting and present value and impact to clients.
- Retain groups year over year and actively upsell products.
- Engage groups through stewardship meetings and on-site events.
- Report on client KPIs and distribute quarterly reports.
- Develop relationships with key client contacts and stakeholders.
