Requirements
- Graduate of any bachelor's degree or certificate course.
- Proven Experience with Education / Student Loan Services.
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience and proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas and successfully manage customer relationships.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (at least C1 level).
- Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
- Solid organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Tech savvy & familiar with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM, and VoIP.
- Proven experience with Go High Level (GHL).
- Knowledge of using AirCall (Power Dialer).
- Able to work on a graveyard shift.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound phone calls to secure class hosts in various regions.
- Maintain and follow up with hosts to ensure class schedules are kept, and cancellations are minimized.
- Update and manage CRM or internal data systems to ensure all contact and class scheduling information is accurate.
