Requirements
- Approximately 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, executive search, or recruitment consulting.
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes independently.
- Strong sourcing capabilities, particularly through LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Experience hiring for technology, startup, fintech, SaaS, AI, or high-growth environments.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
- Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
- Highly organized, proactive, and resourceful.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from kickoff to offer acceptance.
- Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Develop sourcing strategies for technical, commercial, operational, and leadership roles.
- Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
- Screen and assess candidates against role requirements and cultural fit criteria.
- Coordinate interview processes and maintain an exceptional candidate experience.
- Manage offer negotiations and support successful candidate closings.
- Act as a trusted recruitment partner for clients.
- Maintain accurate data within ATS platforms.
- Track hiring metrics and pipeline performance.
