Responsibilities

  • Monitor candidate life-cycle and identify process improvements.
  • Screen applications, schedule interviews, and conduct feedback conversations.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and debrief on candidates.
  • Manage job postings and recruiting platforms.
  • Maintain applicant tracking data and report on recruitment metrics.
