Responsibilities
- Execute tactical research, referrals, sourcing, and digital campaigns to attract active and passive candidates.
- Conduct first-round interviews with top-caliber candidates.
- Monitor candidate life-cycle and identify process improvements.
- Screen applications, schedule interviews, and conduct feedback conversations.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and debrief on candidates.
- Manage job postings and recruiting platforms.
- Maintain applicant tracking data and report on recruitment metrics.
