Requirements
- Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree with relevant industry experience.
- Proven track record in Localization Project Management.
- Experience working internationally or with global product development teams.
- Experience within a technology-driven environment.
- Demonstrated success managing large enterprise clients.
- Experience creating client-facing documentation like SOWs and proposals.
- Experience supporting new client sales cycles.
- Hands-on experience with CAT and TMS tools (Crowdin, Smartling, XTM, or Phrase).
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise global teams, including internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare, analyze, and implement project plans in alignment with Welocalize standards.
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare project estimates and proposals for client review.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement strategic plans.
- Oversee QA projects, including resource allocation and defect management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Manage financial budgets, reconciliations, and budget reporting.
- Lead quarterly business reviews with clients.
