- Experience coaching or mentoring others.
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a portfolio of institutional and foundation partners.
- Drive external engagement through meetings and pitch development.
- Prospect and plan by monitoring funding trends and donor priorities.
- Draft compelling fundraising materials and narratives.
- Manage high-stakes proposals and complex projects.
- Mentor and develop colleagues in relationship management and strategy.
