Requirements
- Extensive background in strategic partnerships, management consulting, or corporate strategy.
- Experience within the insurance or InsurTech space.
- Proven ability to manage specific KPIs related to partner influence (sourced/influenced revenue).
- Track record of accurate forecasting.
- Proven track record of engaging and influencing C-suite stakeholders and regional sales teams.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in ambiguous environments.
Responsibilities
- Engage effectively with senior insurance executives as a thought leader on telematics and IoT.
- Operationalize strategies across branch and regional offices to ensure adoption.
- Lead governance for partnerships and hold stakeholders accountable to Joint Business Plans (JBPs).
- Run QBRs and monthly check-ins focused on hard metrics.
- Track partner attach rates and monitor sourced and influenced revenue.
- Provide accurate, data-driven forecasts to leadership.
- Design and execute value-added services and systemic co-sell motions.
