Requirements
- Extensive experience in corporate travel, hospitality, or similar B2B2C environment
- Strong understanding of hotel category management
- Experience in sourcing strategy and content strategy
- Knowledge of booking platform landscape, compliance, and traveler engagement
- Strong experience in strategy translation, enablement, or commercial operations
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capability
- Experience working across Regional or multi-regional environments
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced and evolving environments
- Exposure to travel, procurement, or supplier performance reporting
Responsibilities
- Shape how hotel revenue strategy is operationalized regionally through enablement frameworks and structured plays
- Drive the Regional enablement strategy aligned with hotel revenue objectives, customer segments, and regional priorities
- Own the connection between enablement strategy and revenue performance outcomes
- Make strategic decisions on enablement priorities, investments, and focus areas
- Integrate strategy, data, product, and operational realities into cohesive enablement frameworks
- Drive standards, frameworks, and approaches for enablement across teams
- Partner with senior stakeholders to align on enablement priorities and execution approaches
- Ensure all enablement assets are scalable, structured, and aligned with business priorities
