Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, or Consulting in B2B SaaS
- Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-stakeholder customer relationships
- Experience guiding customers through value realization and strategic planning
- Confidence working with executive-level stakeholders
- Strong judgment in balancing customer advocacy with business priorities
- Comfortable operating in a scaling, fast-growing organization
- Experience in association, nonprofit, or ERP-adjacent SaaS markets (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Own strategic customer outcomes and value realization
- Build and maintain North Star Success Plans
- Lead strategic conversations and Quarterly Business Reviews with executive stakeholders
- Identify and proactively manage customer health, risks, and churn opportunities
- Orchestrate cross-functional delivery across product, support, and professional services
- Partner with Sales and Renewals to support account expansion and growth
