Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, or Consulting in B2B SaaS
  • Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-stakeholder customer relationships
  • Experience guiding customers through value realization and strategic planning
  • Confidence working with executive-level stakeholders
  • Strong judgment in balancing customer advocacy with business priorities
  • Comfortable operating in a scaling, fast-growing organization
  • Experience in association, nonprofit, or ERP-adjacent SaaS markets (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Own strategic customer outcomes and value realization
  • Build and maintain North Star Success Plans
  • Lead strategic conversations and Quarterly Business Reviews with executive stakeholders
  • Identify and proactively manage customer health, risks, and churn opportunities
  • Orchestrate cross-functional delivery across product, support, and professional services
  • Partner with Sales and Renewals to support account expansion and growth
