Requirements
- 5+ years of professional project management experience.
- 3+ years in a client-facing Project Manager role.
- 2+ years of experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
- Experience managing software/tech engagements with delivery teams of 5+.
- Ability to leverage multiple PM methodologies (agile, scrum, hybrid).
- Experience with budget management, forecasting, and time tracking.
- Strong scope management and change-order negotiation skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills for concurrent engagements.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to interact with clients at business and technical levels.
Responsibilities
- Lead client engagements end-to-end using agile, scrum, or hybrid methodologies.
- Develop detailed project plans including scope, timelines, resources, and budget.
- Manage scope against SOW, negotiate discrepancies, and handle change orders.
- Drive project schedule and scope while protecting engagement economics.
- Own internal logistics including budget tracking, forecasting, and invoicing.
- Maintain PM compliance, engagement health updates, and status reporting.
- Facilitate backlog creation and manage delivery flow via Jira.
- Build client trust through reliable delivery and consistent communication.
- Deliver against business outcomes and surface expansion opportunities.
- Contribute to the PM practice through process improvements and mentorship.
