Requirements
- 5+ years of professional project management experience
- 3+ years in a client-facing Project Manager role
- 2+ years in a consulting or professional services environment
- Experience managing software or technology engagements with teams of 5+ people
- Ability to use multiple methodologies: agile, scrum, hybrid
- Experience with budget management, forecasting, and invoicing
- Strong scope management and change-order negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to interact with clients at business and technical levels
- Comfortable working overlapping hours with US-based teams
Responsibilities
- Lead client engagements end-to-end from kickoff through delivery and closeout
- Develop detailed project plans including scope, timelines, resources, and budget estimates
- Manage scope against the SOW and handle change orders
- Drive project schedule and scope while protecting engagement economics
- Own internal logistics including budget tracking, forecasting, and invoicing coordination
- Facilitate backlog creation and manage delivery flow through Jira
- Build and maintain client trust through reliable delivery and consistent communication
- Contribute to internal PM practice via process improvements and mentorship
