Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional project management experience.
  • At least 3 years in a client-facing Project Manager role.
  • 2+ years of experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
  • Experience managing software or technology engagements with delivery teams of 5 or more.
  • CSM or equivalent agile certification preferred.
  • Ability to leverage multiple project management methodologies (agile, scrum, hybrid).
  • Experience with budget management, forecasting, and invoicing.
  • Strong scope management and change-order negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to run multiple concurrent engagements.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to interact with clients at both a business and technical level.
  • Ability to work overlapping hours with US-based teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead client engagements end-to-end, from kickoff through delivery and closeout, using agile, scrum, or hybrid methodologies.
  • Develop detailed project plans including scope, timelines, resources, and budget estimates.
  • Manage scope against SOW, negotiate discrepancies, and handle change orders.
  • Own internal engagement logistics including budget tracking, forecasting, and invoicing coordination.
  • Maintain engagement health updates, status reports, and risk/issue management.
  • Facilitate backlog creation and manage delivery flow through Jira.
  • Build client trust and facilitate proactive communication.
  • Collaborate with Delivery and Sales to support client business outcomes and expansion opportunities.
  • Contribute to internal PM practice through process improvements and mentorship.
