Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or IT Recruitment.
- Proven experience recruiting IT profiles across different seniority levels and technologies.
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes independently.
- Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and at least one ATS platform.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Dynamic, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
- Eagerness to contribute ideas and continuously improve processes.
- Advanced or Upper-Intermediate English level.
- Previous experience in outsourcing, staffing, or consulting companies is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for IT positions, from sourcing to offer stage.
- Partner with Hiring Managers to understand technical and business requirements.
- Source and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other channels.
- Conduct HR interviews to assess candidates’ technical background, communication skills, motivation, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview processes and maintain continuous communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Track and maintain accurate candidate and process information within the ATS.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve recruitment strategies and hiring processes.
- Proactively suggest process improvements and new recruitment initiatives.
