Requirements

- Experience designing internal training programs or academies.
- Expert-level knowledge of Jira.
- Proven track record with Lean and Scrum/Agile frameworks.
- Strong social intelligence and ability to influence senior managers and directors.
- Passion for teaching and ability to simplify complex concepts.
Responsibilities
- Act as a tactical changemaker building a standardized project culture.
- Facilitate high-impact training sessions and workshops for stakeholders.
- Guide teams through hybrid approaches from Lean principles to Scrum.
- Maintain oversight of the organization's overarching project portfolio.
- Standardize Jira workflows and train teams on platform utilization.
