Requirements
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in an operational PMO support role, project coordination, or as a Jira power-user/junior administrator
- Deep, practical knowledge of Jira Software Cloud (workflows, issue types, components, screens, and basic JQL)
- Comfortable handling repetitive but highly critical operational tasks
- Collaborative and service-oriented mindset
- Basic understanding of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and traditional project frameworks
- Full professional proficiency in English
Responsibilities
- Act as the internal Jira Hero for the PMO
- Help Project Managers create, configure, and maintain their project boards (Scrum/Kanban)
- Create, clean, and structure tasks, Epics, and user stories within Jira
- Ensure data hygiene is flawless
- Input and monitor project milestones, dependencies, and deadlines
- Resolve daily Jira issues including permission settings, custom field adjustments, and workflow configurations
- Guide and support team members on how to use Jira correctly
