Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or Measurement Quality Assurance.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or quantitative field or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of QA test planning, test automation, and testing strategies.
- Strong bug reporting and ticket-writing skills.
- Experience monitoring network traffic using Charles Proxy, Wireshark, or Chrome DevTools.
- Experience testing mobile applications, Connected TV (CTV), or Native App platforms.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments using Jira and Confluence.
- Strong understanding of GenAI concepts and modern AI tools.
- Basic hands-on experience with Docker.
Responsibilities
- Gather test requirements, create comprehensive test plans, and execute testing across new and existing applications on Web, Connected TV (CTV), and Native App platforms.
- Perform regression testing, audits, and regular data integrity checks.
- Conduct QA cycles and data audits to identify tracking gaps, inconsistencies, and implementation issues.
- Perform QA validation and provide sign-off on new or updated implementations.
- Document QA procedures, test steps, and expected outputs across all tracked devices and platforms.
- Create, document, and track bugs through resolution.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams during sprint planning, execution, and bug triage.
- Use GenAI tools (e.g., Claude) to rewrite, enrich, and maintain manual test cases.
- Generate functional test cases from user stories using GenAI.
- Leverage Agentic AI frameworks to improve QA workflows.
