Requirements
- Creative professional with hands-on design experience
- Genuine passion for and experience with Gen AI tools
- Ability to execute design work and manage client relationships
- Portfolio showcasing actual delivered digital marketing assets
- Fluent in Portuguese
- Strong business English
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a changing environment
- Experience in performance marketing, e-commerce, or agency work is highly preferred
Responsibilities
- Support clients and prospects in implementing creative solutions
- Guide projects from first conversation through to delivery
- Execute hands-on design work for client creative assets
- Review creative work produced by external partners
- Manage creative projects end to end
- Coordinate with client, CSM, product teams, and partners
- Provide feedback to Product team based on client situations
