Requirements
- Creative professional with hands-on design experience.
- Genuine passion for and experience with Gen AI (image or video generation).
- Portfolio demonstrating real design work for digital marketing assets.
- Fluency in Portuguese and strong business English.
- Ability to manage client relationships and execute design work in Figma.
- Strong communication and inquiry skills to define project scopes from vague briefs.
- Background in performance marketing, e-commerce, or agency work is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a fast-evolving environment with changing tools and processes.
Responsibilities
- Implement creative solutions for enterprise e-commerce clients.
- Guide clients through the entire creative process from conversation to final delivery.
- Execute hands-on design work for client creative assets.
- Review and approve creative work produced by external partners.
- Manage end-to-end creative projects while coordinating with CSMs, product teams, and partners.
- Collaborate with the Product team to improve creative capabilities based on client needs.
- Communicate with international clients and a team based in Central Europe.
