Responsibilities
- Lead the Tech recruiting cluster within our TA team
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for senior and complex Tech roles worldwide
- Partner directly with Tech leadership and hiring managers
- Design and execute employer branding campaigns
- Optimize recruitment processes, tools, and metrics
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience from first touch to onboarding
