  • 2+ years leading or mentoring recruiters
  • Bachelor’s in Business, HR, or related field

  • Comfortable managing metrics to improve performance
  • Exceptional communicator and relationship builder
  • Proactive, organized, and hands-on

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Tech recruiting cluster within our TA team
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for senior and complex Tech roles worldwide
  • Partner directly with Tech leadership and hiring managers
  • Design and execute employer branding campaigns
  • Optimize recruitment processes, tools, and metrics
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience from first touch to onboarding
