Proven experience leading full-cycle recruitment for senior-level, technical, product, go-to-market, executive, or corporate roles in fast-paced and global environments.
Strong expertise in proactive sourcing techniques and building talent pipelines for competitive markets.
Experience partnering with hiring managers and business leaders to deliver data-driven and strategic hiring solutions.
Solid understanding of recruiting analytics, hiring metrics, and reporting tools.
Experience supporting employer branding initiatives, candidate engagement programs, or talent marketing efforts.
Familiarity with inclusive hiring practices and structured interview methodologies.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience using AI tools and recruiting technologies to improve sourcing and workflow efficiency.
Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms.

Lead full-cycle recruitment processes for strategic, senior-level, and specialized positions across global markets, including AMER, EMEA, and APAC regions.
Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract high-quality and diverse talent pipelines.
Partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to define recruitment strategies and align expectations.
Support employer branding and talent engagement initiatives.
Utilize recruiting metrics, pipeline analytics, and dashboards to monitor hiring performance.
