Requirements
- Demonstrated success leading full-cycle recruiting for strategic, senior-level, and hard-to-fill roles.
- Experience recruiting for software engineering, technical, product, revenue, G&A, and executive roles.
- Ability to build and execute proactive sourcing strategies for passive candidates.
- Experience partnering closely with hiring managers and business leaders.
- Comfortable using recruiting metrics, pipeline analytics, and hiring dashboards.
- Experience supporting employer branding and talent engagement initiatives.
- Experience implementing inclusive sourcing strategies and structured hiring practices.
- Ability to identify recruiting inefficiencies and implement scalable processes.
- Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Experience leveraging AI tools and recruiting technologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for strategic and senior-level roles across AMER, EMEA and APAC.
- Build proactive sourcing strategies that strengthen passive talent pipelines.
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to define hiring strategies and drive structured processes.
- Support and enhance employer branding initiatives.
- Contribute to inclusive hiring initiatives through structured interviewing and sourcing.
- Develop and maintain recruiting reports and dashboards.
- Identify and implement process improvements to reduce time-to-fill.
- Collaborate with TA peers and cross-functional stakeholders in a remote environment.
- Evaluate and adopt AI and recruiting enablement tools.
