Requirements

  • Demonstrated success leading full-cycle recruiting for strategic, senior-level, and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Experience recruiting for software engineering, technical, product, revenue, G&A, and executive roles.
  • Ability to build and execute proactive sourcing strategies for passive candidates.
  • Experience partnering closely with hiring managers and business leaders.
  • Comfortable using recruiting metrics, pipeline analytics, and hiring dashboards.
  • Experience supporting employer branding and talent engagement initiatives.
  • Experience implementing inclusive sourcing strategies and structured hiring practices.
  • Ability to identify recruiting inefficiencies and implement scalable processes.
  • Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Experience leveraging AI tools and recruiting technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for strategic and senior-level roles across AMER, EMEA and APAC.
  • Build proactive sourcing strategies that strengthen passive talent pipelines.
  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to define hiring strategies and drive structured processes.
  • Support and enhance employer branding initiatives.
  • Contribute to inclusive hiring initiatives through structured interviewing and sourcing.
  • Develop and maintain recruiting reports and dashboards.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to reduce time-to-fill.
  • Collaborate with TA peers and cross-functional stakeholders in a remote environment.
  • Evaluate and adopt AI and recruiting enablement tools.
