Requirements

  • Solid experience in end-to-end Talent Acquisition, primarily focused on corporate roles.
  • Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment processes and multiple simultaneous vacancies.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using recruitment metrics and data to guide decisions.
  • Consultative experience partnering with leadership and business stakeholders.
  • Experience using ATS platforms (such as Gupy, Greenhouse, or similar) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on profile with autonomy, ownership, and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, HR, or related fields.
  • Experience building dashboards (Power BI, Excel/Sheets) or working with recruitment analytics is a plus.
  • Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, Notion workflows, scripts) and AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for corporate positions across areas such as Finance, Marketing, Legal, People, and Commercial, ensuring speed, quality, and alignment with business needs.
  • Partner with leadership teams to understand hiring needs and design tailored sourcing and recruitment strategies in a consultative manner.
  • Manage multiple high-volume hiring pipelines simultaneously, ensuring efficiency, organization, and an excellent candidate experience.
  • Conduct behavioral interviews, evaluating cultural fit, potential, and alignment with company values and business challenges.
  • Support hiring decisions with data-driven insights, market benchmarks, and structured recommendations.
  • Track and analyze Talent Acquisition metrics such as funnel performance, SLA, conversion rates, and hiring quality, driving continuous improvements.
  • Identify and implement automation and AI opportunities to optimize recruitment workflows and increase operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen the end-to-end hiring process and recruitment experience.
