- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for IT positions, from sourcing to offer stage.
- Partner with Hiring Managers to understand technical and business requirements.
- Source and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other channels.
- Conduct HR interviews to assess candidates’ technical background, communication skills, motivation, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview processes and maintain continuous communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Track and maintain accurate candidate and process information within the ATS.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve recruitment strategies and hiring processes.
- Proactively suggest process improvements and new recruitment initiatives.
