- Strong Amazon (1P/3P) and Walmart (1P/3P) expertise
- Proven experience managing enterprise-level accounts
- Experience leading conversations at the executive level
- Prior experience managing and developing a team
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Highly organized, responsive, and detail-oriented
- Strong analytical ability with proficiency in Excel/Sheets
- Commercial mindset
Responsibilities
- Own client success and portfolio revenue for full-service clients
- Drive development of annual strategic roadmaps, growth plans, and promotional calendars
- Identify growth opportunities and upsell initiatives
- Lead and manage a team of account managers
- Mentor and coach team members through performance reviews
- Lead client communications and present recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Ensure delivery across media, creative, retail, and supply chain operations
- Collaborate with internal media, retail, creative, and analytics teams
