Requirements
- 7-10+ years of experience in social media marketing, digital advertising, or integrated marketing.
- Expertise in full-funnel social campaigns across paid, organic, influencer, and content marketing.
- 4+ years in leadership roles managing cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of platform algorithms, performance marketing, and content engagement strategies.
- Experience managing senior-level client relationships and long-term growth strategies.
- Financial management expertise including budget oversight and burn report analysis.
- Expertise in operational rigor and workflow optimization.
- Experience using Asana or similar project management tools.
Responsibilities
- Drive client business strategy, KPIs, and measurement frameworks.
- Serve as the final decision-maker for all client work.
- Set POD priorities and oversee project delivery and timeline management.
- Lead client experience throughout the full business cycle.
- Own and manage the Scope of Work (SOW) process.
- Review and approve all deliverables to ensure accuracy and excellence.
- Implement operational rigor to optimize resource management and workflow efficiency.
- Oversee and track high-level budgets, vendor spend, and campaign investments.
