Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in enablement, sales operations, or related support function
- Experience in a B2B SaaS environment
- Familiarity with GTM motions across Sales and CSM teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
- Experience with enablement tools (e.g., Showpad, LMS) and CRMs like Salesforce
- Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
Responsibilities
- Support onboarding programs for new Sales and Customer Success team members
- Maintain and organize enablement materials such as playbooks and messaging decks
- Assist in the creation and delivery of product training and sales workshops
- Manage scheduling and communications for internal training programs
- Maintain and support enablement platforms like Showpad and Magentrix
- Track and report on enablement program participation and impact
- Serve as a liaison between Revenue Operations and field teams
