Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in enablement, sales operations, or related support function
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Familiarity with GTM motions across Sales and CSM teams
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Experience with enablement tools (e.g., Showpad, LMS) and CRMs like Salesforce
  • Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support onboarding programs for new Sales and Customer Success team members
  • Maintain and organize enablement materials such as playbooks and messaging decks
  • Assist in the creation and delivery of product training and sales workshops
  • Manage scheduling and communications for internal training programs
  • Maintain and support enablement platforms like Showpad and Magentrix
  • Track and report on enablement program participation and impact
  • Serve as a liaison between Revenue Operations and field teams
