- Data/tool fluency: LMS/CMS (e.g., Exceed, Rise 360, Highspot), Google Workspace, Slack, Canva, SFDC
- Ability to independently write and present
- Prioritizes and manages multiple workstreams
- Collaborates independently with senior leaders
