Requirements
- 3-5+ years relevant experience in enablement, technical sales, or a related GTM role.
- Technically curious with the ability to translate complex technical products for sellers and buyers.
- Experience translating product releases into field-ready enablement for technical products.
- Deep understanding of sales processes and how products are integrated into sales motions.
- Ability to build structure and clarity in ambiguous environments.
- Experience using AI to accelerate content creation and program iteration.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and trust-building skills.
- Experience enabling multiple audiences such as Account Executives and Solution Architects.
- Familiarity with Command of the Message and MEDDPICC.
Responsibilities
- Own field readiness for product releases by partnering with PMM, Product, and SMEs.
- Assess field needs and build enablement treatments to drive outcomes.
- Build foundational product curriculum and role-specific learning journeys.
- Curate, adapt, and create content to fill learning gaps.
- Manage a regular cadence of product enablement calls and certifications.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align enablement with product direction.
- Provide field feedback to PMM and Product teams.
