Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years in product management with hands-on PDLC experience.
- Experience delivering custom software solutions that integrate AI.
- Proven track record of managing design and development lifecycles.
- Strong understanding of AI concepts (LLMs, machine learning, NLP, data analytics).
- Knowledge of software development methodologies.
- 5-7+ years of experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in GSuite, Clickup, Figma, and Jira.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a product vision centered on AI and custom software.
- Lead the entire product development lifecycle from design to deployment.
- Manage and synchronize design and development teams.
- Integrate AI capabilities into custom software applications.
- Serve as the primary client contact and manage relationships.
- Establish KPIs and monitor product performance and quality control.
- Iterate on PDLC processes to drive innovation.
