- Comfort being the directly responsible individual for customer relationships
Responsibilities
- Define the enterprise product strategy and roadmap
- Ship AI agent workflows that handle real GTM work end-to-end
- Own a small set of enterprise customer relationships directly
- Partner with engineering and design to make complex capabilities feel simple
- Own the work through pricing, packaging, and enablement
- Raise the bar on product craft across the team
