Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration).
- MBA or equivalent preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in product management with a focus on healthcare analytics or real-world data.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex products.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or Tableau.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Agile or Product Management certification (Scrum, Product Owner) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive Go-to-Market (GTM) models and strategies for new product launches.
- Cultivate a deep understanding of customer needs through research, interviews, and data analysis.
- Conduct thorough market analysis and sizing to identify opportunities.
- Leverage advanced analytics to extract insights from real-world data.
- Collaborate with data scientists to develop predictive models and performance metrics.
- Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch using agile methodologies.
- Define product requirements, create user stories, and prioritize the backlog.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, conducting demonstrations and managing feedback.
