Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience.
- Experience with internal tooling, clinical operations, or workflow-oriented products.
- Experience owning a product area end-to-end from discovery to launch.
- Experience with AI-assisted features or workflow automation.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate across clinical, compliance, and engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap for the Clinical Quality & Safety pod.
- Partner with Clinical Operations to translate RD workflow friction into product improvements.
- Build and iterate on AI-assisted clinical tools with Engineering and Data teams.
- Define and track clinical quality and efficiency metrics.
- Manage the product-side of the clinical safety framework and escalation pathways.
- Translate regulatory requirements and clinical standards into scalable product features.
- Build feedback loops to address and prevent clinical safety issues systemically.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed clinical quality in member/client experiences.
