Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience in B2B or B2B2C environments.
- Track record of launching new products or service lines end-to-end in complex operational environments.
- Direct experience working alongside Implementation, Operations, or Client Success teams.
- Experience building products in partnership with commercial and go-to-market teams.
- Experience in AI-enabled product development processes and tools.
- Strong structured problem-solving and documentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap for the Food Access & Benefits pod end-to-end.
- Translate complex operational workflows and multi-party requirements into scalable product capabilities.
- Design and advocate for the member experience.
- Partner with Engineering, Partnerships, and Operations to define systems architecture.
- Design and own product systems that configure and manage benefits programs for clients.
- Set the strategy for the Food Access & Benefits pod.
- Advocate for operational scalability and configurability across product decisions.
