Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience in B2B or B2B2C environments.
- Track record of owning a product area through growth cycles.
- Experience building systems and infrastructure that scale.
- Direct experience working alongside Sales, Client Success, or enterprise Implementation teams.
- Experience bringing scalable platform capabilities to market.
- Comfort managing complex multi-stakeholder environments.
- Experience in AI-enabled product development processes and tools.
- Strong communication skills for representing the roadmap to clients and executives.
Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap for the Growth pod end-to-end from discovery through launch.
- Translate recurring, fragmented client needs into scalable, configurable platform capabilities.
- Partner with Engineering to define integration architecture and data exchange standards.
- Define and track growth-oriented metrics to inform prioritization.
- Work directly with Sales, Client Success, and Implementation to surface requirements.
- Manage competing client priorities with commercial stakeholders.
- Partner with PMM to support go-to-market strategies for new capabilities.
- Contribute to cross-pod prioritization and portfolio planning.
