Requirements

  • 1-3 years experience in a call center or service desk environment.
  • Proficiency with Windows 7, 10, and 11.
  • Experience supporting Office 365 and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiarity with AutoTask or similar ticketing systems.
  • Experience with user account administration.
  • Understanding of cloud support and device data syncing.
  • Experience with ISP, cable modem, and internet troubleshooting.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and documentation skills.
  • High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support via phone, email, and chat to corporate clients.
  • Troubleshoot Windows 7, 10, 11 and Microsoft Office/Office365 issues.
  • Handle 50-60 support issues daily.
  • Perform user account tasks including password resets and user creation/termination in Active Directory.
  • Assist with network printer configuration and VPN connectivity issues.
  • Utilize remote access tools to troubleshoot client systems.
  • Support mobile device configuration and email syncing.
  • Document technical issues and navigate knowledgebases.
