Requirements
- 1-3 years experience in a call center or service desk environment.
- Proficiency with Windows 7, 10, and 11.
- Experience supporting Office 365 and Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with AutoTask or similar ticketing systems.
- Experience with user account administration.
- Understanding of cloud support and device data syncing.
- Experience with ISP, cable modem, and internet troubleshooting.
- Strong organizational, time management, and documentation skills.
- High School Diploma or GED.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support via phone, email, and chat to corporate clients.
- Troubleshoot Windows 7, 10, 11 and Microsoft Office/Office365 issues.
- Handle 50-60 support issues daily.
- Perform user account tasks including password resets and user creation/termination in Active Directory.
- Assist with network printer configuration and VPN connectivity issues.
- Utilize remote access tools to troubleshoot client systems.
- Support mobile device configuration and email syncing.
- Document technical issues and navigate knowledgebases.
