Requirements
- Experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or concierge environments
- Experience in ecommerce customer service, ideally in a drop-ship or multi-vendor environment
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Shopify, or comparable platforms
- Ability to manage multiple open issues simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and sound judgment capabilities
- Excellent, elevated communication style
- Genuine interest in design or home furnishings
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary contact for order status, delivery, returns, and damages
- Communicate with customers via email, phone, and chat
- Research orders, track shipments, and follow up with vendors and carriers
- Manage damage claims, return authorizations, and order cancellations
- Document and manage support tickets in Zendesk
- Coordinate closely with internal logistics and operations teams
