Requirements

  • Experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or concierge environments
  • Experience in ecommerce customer service, ideally in a drop-ship or multi-vendor environment
  • Proficiency with Zendesk, Shopify, or comparable platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple open issues simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and sound judgment capabilities
  • Excellent, elevated communication style
  • Genuine interest in design or home furnishings

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary contact for order status, delivery, returns, and damages
  • Communicate with customers via email, phone, and chat
  • Research orders, track shipments, and follow up with vendors and carriers
  • Manage damage claims, return authorizations, and order cancellations
  • Document and manage support tickets in Zendesk
  • Coordinate closely with internal logistics and operations teams
