Requirements
- 2+ years in investment banking.
- 4+ years at growth-stage startups, ideally in FinTech.
- Experience with $100MM+ transaction involvement.
- Deal structuring experience, ideally in B2B.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
- Experience using Runway for FP&A.
- Ability to work in a high-documentation, low-meeting, low-ego environment.
Responsibilities
- Package business model and financials for external parties.
- Oversee and maintain detailed financial models.
- Work with Finance and Data teams to document assumptions and scenarios.
- Structure and price complex enterprise deals.
- Drive accurate and defensible financial forecasting and planning.
- Identify trends and inefficiencies through data analysis.
- Build out the finance team and establish financial operations best practices.
