Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive FP&A experience
- 5+ years in a business partner capacity
- Experience in Fund Administration, high-growth SaaS, or FinTech environment
- Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, headcount planning, and variance analysis
- Strong financial modeling skills including scenario and sensitivity analysis
- Solid understanding of SaaS metrics: ARR, NRR, GRR, CAC, LTV, payback period, gross margin, contribution margin
- Experience partnering with and influencing department leaders outside of Finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
Responsibilities
- Serve as dedicated FP&A business partner for Fund Administration and Customer Success.
- Provide proactive financial guidance and insights to senior leaders regarding cost and performance.
- Translate financial data into actionable narratives for strategic decision-making.
- Partner with department leaders on headcount planning and scenario modeling.
- Lead annual budget process and monthly forecast updates for assigned departments.
- Own monthly Budget vs. Actual process and deliver trend commentary to leadership.
- Contribute to company-wide GAAP revenue forecasting and margin analysis.
- Maintain and improve department-level models within Pigment.
- Collaborate on board reporting, investor materials, and company-wide operating reviews.
