- Strong e-commerce / DTC experience
- Deep expertise in financial modeling and forecasting
- Strong grasp of unit economics and growth levers
- Direct experience working with founders or operators
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Operator mindset with ability to make recommendations
- Sharp communication skills
Responsibilities
- Sit at the right hand of the CEO as a strategic thought partner
- Own financial strategy across multiple brands and EcomProfits
- Drive decisions on capital allocation, scaling, pricing, and profitability
- Manage and develop the Finance Manager
- Build the financial backbone that allows scaling to multi 9-figures
- Build and maintain advanced financial models, forecasting, and scenario planning
- Analyze CAC, LTV, contribution margin, operating margin, and blended ROAS
- Manage cash flow planning across multiple entities
